Memories

Everyone seems to have this on their blogs, and it seems fun. I will give it a try too!

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, if it is recent or years old, silly or serious--anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

Take a stroll down memory lane.... Lets Hear Them!!

aunt Hermese's funeral

Grandpa with is brothers and sister

This weekend I got to go to Orem and attend Aunt Hermese's funeral. It was such a great and wonderful funeral. The spirit was so strong and just brought such peaceful feelings. Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt vicki and uncle Wayne drove up from show low and snowflake to be there. It was so good to see them. Grandpa really got to enjoy himself and spend time with his brothers and sister. They all took pictures and talked with each other. Kacy came up from Cedar so it was good to see her. Lindsey and her baby were there along with Allison and her baby. Uncle Gary was there as well. It was so good to see everyone. It seems like its been so long since I have seen everyone. After the funeral, we went back to Uncle Gary's house and hung out for a while. Then we started cooking tacos :) they were so good. It was A birthday party for Lindsey who is now oh well I won't say her age. you never tell a girls age. As Lindsey would say, it was a get together for everyone since people came from show Low. We all new what it really was for. WE made cookies and they were gone about the time they came out of the oven. Later on that night we played guestures. We Had quite the laughs. Uncle Wayne makes a great fairy. Anyone who sees him needs to ask him to show you his impression of it. It was the best fairy I have seen. Sadly to say, the guys did end up winning. I like to say we had a disadvantage since we only had three players to their four. It was a lot of fun though. We all laughed and had so much fun. I really enjoyed my time with them and am so lucky to have such a wonderful family. I hope that we get to spend more time with one another.

Seattle Washington

I guess it is official that you can say that Zac is a die hard BYU fan. We drove all the way to Seattle just to go to a BYU football game. Zac and I and 2 other couples all loaded up in a truck Thursday after work and drove all night to Boise. WE got there around 4:30 in the morning. WE slept there and then got back in the car and drove to Seattle on Friday. Saturday we got up and went to the game. It was such an amazing game to be at. After the game we went and checked out what Seattle had to offer. It is such a neat city. The weather was perfect. It never rained and the sun was shining it was a great day. The next two days we spent in the truck driving back from the game. We had a great trip though. we laughed a lot in the truck and on the ride. It was a great experience. I will get those pictures up as soon as I get them as well.

labor day

Well my dad and Lori came to visit over labor day weekend. We had such a great time. They got in Friday after Zac and I got off of work. We all went to dinner that night and then just went back to our house and hung out that night. Saturday came and we all went to St. George where we had tee times. yes I went golfing. I am not good at all but we all had such a fun time. We laughed a lot and had some good times. that night, show Low football team played Hurricane high school there in St. George so we went to the game then just went back home after. Sunday, we went to church and just relaxed at the house after ward and played games. Monday, we went back to St. George and went shopping at Tai Pan. Well Lori and I did while the guys went to the sportsman's wearhouse. It was a good deal for us that way we were able to enjoy our shopping. After We had all shopped we went bowling. My dad and I beat Zac and Lori. It was a fun time though. We then went to a movie and headed back to Cedar. Tuesday morning they had to go home and we had to go back to work. We really had such a great visit. I wish they could have stayed longer. I miss my dad so much and was so glad that he was able to come and see me for a couple days. I will get pictures on here soon. I just have not uploaded them from my camera yet. AS soon as I do, I will put them on.
