Mistaken

Regarding the post below, I was mistaken and I am going to make sure I clear things up. Grandma just emailed me to clear things up and let me know I did exaggerate just a little. She said, " it wasn't entirely around my whole head." Just to clear things up.

What a lady

Yesterday as I was talking to grandma on the phone,as we do everyday, and she began to tell me if I had a camera right now and was videoing her we would wint $10,000 at least on America's Funniest Home Videos. Of course I am wondering what she is doing and why would we win. She begins to tell me that she has the phone taped to her head so she can talk to me and make her salad for dinner. Of course I just start laughing and picturing this. Grandma with tape wrapped around her head so her phone will stay in place so she can talk and cook at the same time. I think I need to get her an ear piece for her phone so she doesn't have to use tape. Love you Grandma.....

Carter Carter!!!

I was going through my pictures from Christmas and I came across this video. I forgot that I had gotten him singing on Camera. He sang this song a lot however, he really only sang this while he was going to the bathroom when he thought no one could here him. He was wrong.... I am glad I had my camera near when he decided to sing it in front of us. It's not that he didn't sing it anywhere other than the bathroom it was just when we wanted him to sing it, he wouldn't. I guess that's how kids are though. Enjoy his sweet little voice...

what goes up must come down

This morning I had quite the experience feeding my dog. I am all ready for work going out to play with my dog for a little bit before I leave and change his water dish and fill up his food dish. It is really slick in my back yard since it is on the North side and the sun does not shine that much back there so the snow never melts and just turns into a sheet of ice. I think my neighbors got a great laugh if they were looking out their window this morning. IT all began when my dog spotted a rabbit. He loves to chase them. Unfortunately he saw it before I did. So he took off after this rabbit, by they way he is on a leash. Well when a dog takes off at full speed and you are standing in the line of his chain, it doesn't automatically stop when it hits you like it does when it hits the end of the chain. No it goes right through you and takes your legs out from underneath you. I learned today that what goes up must come down. The bad thing in this case was, that was me. My dog ran after the rabbit the chain takes my legs out from underneath me I go flying in the air and land right on my back. That ended my play time with my dog and it took me a while to leave for work after that. I was just a little bit slow. I will now always look out for rabbits when I am out with my dog.
